At Concord Feed & Pet Supply, we want you and your pet to love your lifestyle apparel and accessories. If your fashion purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
